Tuscany 34st - help identifying a switch

There is a "light" switch with a red light located on the panel below the Washer and Dryer cabinet.

Wanting to know it purpose/function?

my Palazzo has an engine block heater with the same 'indicator' light switch to show the owner that the block heater is ON, so that you don't accidentally leave it on when you are not meaning to.

While few things surprise me, if it is the block heater switch, Why would they install it inside on the rear wall in the bedroom. I'll switch it off and on check the amp meter to see if it is.

there's no good reason why they do 'anything' - as, yes, it seems to make little 'sense' to provide a switch somewhere that's not intuitive to what it is needed for - such as, just maybe, provide the switch in the DRIVERS area instead(?)...well, they won't, because that would be 'too hard' to manage - since 120v power is hard to get 'into' the driver side area of most any Class A coach.

There are only two ways to 'handle' the switch: remember - it's ONLY powered when you are on SHORE power or GENERATOR power - otherwise, it matters not that it might be 'ON'. Of course, the light is there to let you know it's actually POWERED and should be working, as it is not something you could 'know' was working, otherwise.

The EMS will kick off the washer/dryer if you have the block heater on in the Tuscany

Could be that was simply an easier way to wire it

Some coaches have the switch outside back in the day at least
