Lost power?

2019 Vegas 24.1.

Set up at beach. Generator was running. AC was on along with tv’s etc. all working fine till it wasn’t? Lost power to tv’s appliances and AC and outlets. Generator never quit and will restart.

Reset the breakers made no difference.

The GFCI plug in the bathroom will not test or reset.....of course there is no power so it wouldn’t.

Don

There is a breaker ON the generator as well... sounds like that tripped.

So now we know where the breakers for the generator is! We also know that running the AC, 2 tvs, the stovetop and microwave at the same time is not a good thing.

Appreciate the response and patience with newbies

Now for a nap!

Is the stovetop electric? If so, that was pushing it for 30a...
AC and microwave should be fine together. LCD tv’s don’t draw much.
But don’t forget the less visible loads... if coach batteries are down, the converter will be charging them. If water heater is on electric, and cycles on - it is a significant load too.

Just takes a little figuring out... but worst case is resetting a breaker.

Glad to help. It’s what we are here for.

Stove was on as well.

We were definitely pushing/exceeding the limits with the generator

Learn something new with every adventure.
