puncture hole on roof of 2013 thor ace

High winds blew a tree limb into the roof at an angle and punctured it. the hole is about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. What do I use to repair the roof temporarily until I can get it into the pros the end of Dec? I think it is a vacu-bond laminated roof.

Get some "Eterna-bond" tape, 6 inches wide to cover the hole. It's supposed to be darn near bulletproof. If it will be some time before you can get it fixed properly you might want to seal the edges of the tape with Dicor self-leveling lap sealant.

CW will have both.

Regards,

Randy

I would cover it with like duct tape or any thing quickly. You don't want to get interior of the roof wet. Then use the eternabond. Make sure the surface is very clean before you put down the eternabond. They carry a pretty good warranty so that's all you may have to do.

Take a look at their web page www.eternabond.com

You can probably make a permanent patch with eternabond and some lap sealant.

I second and third the eternabond, you won't even have to take it in after that. I even used it before I put the solar panels on the roof for extra assurance.
