Are other surrounding things inoperative?
What cure have you tried that didn't work?

If we give you the detailed response you need will you be executing the repair or will you hire it out?

A random guess is that a fuse might have blown. There are two places to check for a blown fuse. Under the dash to the left of the steering column. And in the engine compartment there will be a Ford Power Distribution Center & maybe a Battery Control Center.

Another guess is a loose/disconnected wire. Thor is known for poorly made connections. Screw terminals loosen & they often use wire nuts instead of more secure crimped connections. No way to know where to start looking for a faulty connection. But for sure it'll be the last place you check...

Define working please. In my Hurricane the USB ports in the dash are charging ports only. They do not interact with the entertainment system.
