Vegas 24.1 windshield molding

Has anyone else had problems with the molding around the windshield of a 24.1 blowing off as the coach is being driven down the road. Ours did on our way home from Colorado. Quite a frighting experience. The unit is a 2015 with less than 7500 miles.

What do you mean by "blowing off?" Can you post a picture?

I currently have the coach in covered storage where I normally keep it, because of the rain and the windshield leaks. By blowing off I mean that the molding has come loose completely around the windshield and is currently held on by gorilla tape on the bottom and is up around the running lights on the top of the unit.

Wow! That's a first. I know a few people have had leaks, but nothing like yours. Good luck and please keep us posted on the fix.

Since we just went through the replacement of our windshield and talked to several people about same...
You might call Duncan Systems in Elkhart, Indiana ...
They supply glass to the industry and were the responsible party in recommending our glass installer.

hope all goes well !
