Vegas/Axis driver seat rotation

Has anyone with a Vegas or an Axis figured out how to modify the coach to allow a 180° rotation of the driver seat? Between the steering wheel and the side table, there seems to be no way to fully rotate the seat. I have been considering mounting the seat further back since the travel on the seat is more than enough as it is currently fastened.

It is possible without modifications--search the forums there have been several threads on how to do it.

Yes, as I quickly remember from the past thread....steering wheel all the way up, seat slid back, left arm down, seat back moved forward as possible. Left armrest will brush against the bottom of the steering wheel but the seat will turn all the way around.

Yes, it does rotate 180°...but

the steering wheel is still in the way for any seating with comfort. I see now why they did not bother to make this easier to do; there is no point to it. I did have to force the armrest under the steering wheel with a bit of force.
Thanks for the input though!

I'd like an extending foot rest ala a recliner.
