Vegas battery switch

Newbie question: should the battery switch on a 2017 Vegas be in the "Use" or "Store" position when hooked up to shore power ?

You want to leave it in "Use" all the time except for when its in long term storage and not plugged in.

If you have it in "Store" when plugged in the house battery will not charge.

Also in Use when you are driving down the road or the engine's alternator will not charge the house batteries. To echo Jamie -- ALWSYS in USE unless it is being stored (and if you have it plugged in to store power then it should be in USE. Remember, house batteries will not charge unless it is in USE and house batteries will totally discharge if you store it in USE.

Jerry B, How are you liking your 25.2?

Just got a 2016 25.2 here, so far we are loving it. Just haven't had it on any long road trips yet

Really like it Mike. Only one long trip so far to Florida but everything went well. Did have the a/c airflow problem but that was a quick fix after we returned home. I'm sure there will be more bugs to work out but so far very satisfied.

Thanks for the info guys. Very helpful. This is our first RV and the manual leaves a bit to be desired. I'm sure I'll be leaning on the forum quit a bit. Thanks again
