Axis 25.1 RV Cover

what brand and size of RV cover do you guys recommend for the Axis 25.1?
I was looking online and I'm having a hard time finding an A class cover that small (unit is approx. 27 feet long).

I went with a Class C cover for my 24.1:

This guy:
ADCO Class C Designer Tyvek RV Cover - 23' to 26' - ADCO 32813 - RV Covers - Camping World
Since its for 23ft to 26ft I would guess it would work for your 25.1 as well.
If you want one for 27 ft you could go with this one:
ADCO Class C Designer Tyvek RV Cover - 26'1" to 29' - ADCO 32814 - RV Covers - Camping World

In reality the Axis/Vegas units are more Class C sized than A since they use the same E-350 chassis.

I used an ADCO class A cover for a coach 26 - 28' long on our 24.1. It's way too big. Might be about right for the 25.1.

I might be induced to part with mine if you're interested in a very slightly used version.

Thanks groswald but I have to agree with Jamie, although it's marketed as an A class, it's actually a C class. I will need to get a C class cover.

Matt: I bought the one Jamie recommended (class c) and it fits perfectly on the Axis. CW charged me $375 with free shipping.

Mattmajeed - can't blame a guy for trying!

I'll use it 'til it wears out and then get the one that actually fits.

Although if it doesn't stop raining and hailing here soon I'm trading the whole mess in on an ark...

Regards,

Randy

Old thread I know, but...

Do you still use this. Does it fit well and not create any damage to the coach? Is it possible to get inside while it's on?

Yes I still use it. There are a few tears in it so it may not last more than one or two more seasons.

The entry side has some zippers so you can open up the section near the door--I'm in the coach once a week during the winter when its covered.

No damage so far:

(Coach just after waxing it a little over a month ago.)

I'm not looking forward to waxing!

If you had to do it again, would you go Tyvek or Sunbrella? While not as durable, besides being less money I imagine it weighs less hauling it into roof.

The one I have is Tyvek. Sunbrella would be more durable but more costly.

Honestly I had no idea Sunbrella was/is even an option for an RV cover...something I may consider when replacing our current one.

Adco makes Sunbrella versions. If doing custom, it's something like $25 a foot for Tyvek and $35 a foot for Sunbrella, so about 40% more for Sunbrella. I imagine a similar price difference on the non custom ones, but purely a guess as I didn't price them.
