Venetian M37 Multiplex Wiring issues

2017 Venetian M37
On 2 trips now I have had the multiplex wiring system not work from the remote locations only at the main panel. Both time I was plugged into 50 amp panel. Each time I have to reset system. Anyone else having same issue, its a new system with not a lot of info on it that I have been able to find.
Thanks any info will help before I contact the dealer I called Thor 24 hour help line and they were od no help. Dan

I am curious about this as well. We just ordered a 2018 Miramar which comes with the multiplex system.

You might have better luck with solving your problem by going directly to the manufacturer FireFly <http://www.fireflyint.com/resources.html>. Just a thought.

Thanks Guys

Spoke with Thor today and it looks like there might be an issue with the main control panel for the system and a power transfer switch. Factory will coordinate with dealer to solve problem. Will update when they find problem. Dan

Still having issue they tell me now it might have to do with them staying connected, we have replaced main control panel and updated software. Any one else also having issues
