Warranty claim

Thor warranty dept is denying a claim because we supposedly left a window open while in transit???? BS ! No window was open! Who has experience with these people? I need some ideas on how to convince the warranty dept on what really happened. Suggestions?

Is the Dealer telling you that Thor denied the claim?

I called and spoke with them, when my Dealer told me of a denial. They were very nice to speak with, and the problem was solved to my satisfaction.

This is Thor that is giving me the run around! It angers me the way this is or has been handled to this point. Window falls out scratching paint! Thor covers window as a courtesy but won’t pay to repair paint. Help!

Sometimes you can figure out a way to say something that they'll accept; even if they don't want to hear it.

Can you elaborate a little on what happened? We also have a 37LX. No issues with windows but I'd like to look out for a similar problem on ours before anything happens.

The first of the two windows behind the loveseat broke and fell scratching the side of the RV as we were stopped at a intersection in Colorado. Don’t have any idea why it did but it and was gone when we stopped at the campsite. I’m still getting the jerk around by Thor because they have yet to pay for paint that was damaged.
