Often times the dealer does not want to perform warranty work because they received a lower labor rate than what you would pay yourself.
Generally I have received excellent service when talking to Thor. The only exception was when one of their folks suggested I drive my coach to a dealer with the slide stuck out about 6 inches. I hung up on him and called back to talk to another person who authorized a mobile tech.
