Warranty issues continue
Well the saga continues, after multiple conversations with Thor and trips to two different dealers and the factory last year I thought we had all the issues resolved...apparently not. Three weeks ago on our first voyage out this year, something got jarred while traveling and now my outdoor kitchen door started holding water again (it was replaced last fall for this same issue). So I contacted my Thor rep and was told it would be covered under warranty.
Since that one quick email exchange, I have not heard back from them. Two weekends ago we were camping and rolled opened the awning and half the LED lights were out. Took a picture of it and sent it to Thor and still have yet to hear from them. I have sent them two emails since then, not a word.
If you are considering purchasing a Thor product I would recommend that you don’t and consider another manufacturer. We had a Sunseeker 3170DS for five years prior to this, not one issue.
