Warranty work.
My HVAC controller was installed behind my slide wall. And my front overhead bunk motor (passenger side) was not mounted right. I had my RV shop put in a 110v outlet in the hole left when the controller was moved to side of the fridge. Submitted the $800 invoice and Thor sent me a check for the full amount. I was not expecting them to pay for the outlet . [emoji1] Very happy customer.
