Water will not dispense after de-winterizing

I have recently de-winterized my Thor Daybreak 24 DB. I have filled the fresh water reservoir completely and I can hear the water pump running. However, no water will dispense through any faucet in the RV, shower, bathroom sink or kitchen sink. I can hear air spitting through the faucet slightly but no water comes through. Is there a way to prime the water system, or am I missing something about how to get my plumbing system working? I have not tried connecting through the city water connection as I have assumed I should be getting results through this method. Any guidance or insight into this problem is appreciated.

If you have a hot water heater with tank did you return the valves to their original position?

If you added antifreeze at the pump did you turn the winterise valve back to feed from the water tank?

Plus.... did you replce the water filter and check that rhe strainer at the pump is clear of debris.
