No thanks.... Took me almost 2 years to straighten all of the factory stuff out and add all the extras I wanted. Not going to do that again any time soon If I can help it.
I do agree 100% went to the same process with our 2016 Vegas, the dealer was looking for himself only.

Nothing wrong with Thor.....I have camped with and heard from Tiffin owners, Bounders, Eagles, Winnies,Itasca to name just a few and nobody is totally satisfied. It's like a car, luck of the draw except along with a vehicle, you're also buying a house with all the systems. Used ones are holding value. Often laugh when we told to buy a diesel, in fact a Mercedes to get 200K out of it. Great.....and will the box hold up that long? My guess is "not," Fingers crossed.

I agree, we had a very pleasant experience purchasing our new 2019 Axis 27.7. The salesperson was very nice and patient, the manager was wonderful and we were able to agree on a price that was reasonable based on the comparable sales prices we saw across the USA.

If you get a letter like that: counter them with an offer that you wouldn't refuse.

Something like about 15 grand over list price!

Salesman told me that dealers are looking for good used inventory since new ones bring with them all the problems new ones would...we know the culprits...rapid depreciation, sorting out minor problems etc.not to mention escalating costs. More people seem to be taking the advice to buy used and get around these....should mean a better market for extended warranties developing in the next few years and hopefully, that market will make them cheaper and better.
