Bob. You showed great restraint. Maybe someday they will see the error of their ways and we will just post all the fun and problem free times we are having with our rigs. I have a dream.....

It's shame that customer service in the RV industry is so hit and miss. Glad to see you bared through it for positive results.

Wow! Glad it worked out, you showed far more restraint than I think I could have!

Glad your baby is home and the missus is satisfied. You showed far more restraint than I could have or would have for that matter.
Now it's time to enjoy the fruits of some very hard labor! Best of luck on her maiden voyage.

They put you through a lot and you still persevered. Congratulations to you and your wife. Best of luck in future with your machine.

What I find interesting here is that, despite the dirt and general condition of the coach: The slide was fine (just the loose connections), water system (wasn't dewinterized), refer (wasn't purged of propane)... We're all your issues this simple?? If so why did it take them 6 months?? (I guess it took that long to trash the rig)??

Note: I'm not knocking you..more on the dealer: If it took the master tech 10-20 minutes to get everything going they should have done that 6 months ago and sent you on your merry way (I bet it was: Take 4 months to figure out how to get footprints on the wall, 1 month to put foot prints on the wall, and a month just sitting there while everyone laughs about it).

BINGO! The last couple of issues were 10 minute jobs...
Although some of the 22 others were quite a bit more involved.

Wish I lived closer to the East Coast! It would be fun to sit around the campfire and swap horror stories

You'd think that the free storage would be a good thing...
It wasn't.
They park the rigs that are waiting to be worked on, in an unpaved, wet and muddy portion of a back lot..,
With no security at all!

I guess if we live through the horror: we can count the "talking about it" part as therapy!

Sorry you had to show you "ugly" side, Bob. You seem like a really nice guy. Sometimes it's all these inbred idiots understand though. I hope you have a great time on your first outing!
