Wetbay problem

Hi all,
I just purchased a 2020 Thor Challenger 37FH. Going over all the systems and have noticed in the wetbay I can’t turn the water direction Valves, they seem to be locked down. 4 years in a 5th wheel but newbie in a MotorHome, it’s a whole new learning experience. Can anyone help?
Thanks:

If your mh has the Anderson kantleak valve system, then the valve might be the issue. The valve has a couple of rubber "o" rings that can get loose from there position which will cause the valve handle to either become stuck or allow city water to fill your tank when you have it set for city water and not the tank. You can remove the valve by watching a YouTube Video to determine if the rubber "O" rings are either out of place or have torn. A replacement valve runs about $35.00. It is an easy fix you can do yourself.

- always turn OFF outside water, relieving the pressure within the lines, and the valves(turning on a faucet will make sure any leftover pressure is minimized)

- turn the Valve clockwise(this has been disputed, but many will insist that you should 'only' turn your valve clockwise to minimize internal seals/washers from moving from their assigned places.

- sometimes, even then, it may take a LOT of muscle - you may even need to employ a wrench.
