Who do you choose?

Probably a loaded question but....

Who do you insure you're RV through and how have they been when needed??

I just went through National General a underwriter for Good Sams.

Dave

Oh boy...
This is one of those questions, where every answer may be completely wrong for the group as a whole: yet still be right for the person who posted it.
Individual circumstances and localities make it impossible for there to ever be a correct "one size fits all" answer...
Have your local Agent (who rights your other insurance) research the market for you!

But...
For the record: I bundled mine with all of my other policies... with Safeco!
Your mileage WILL vary!

I bundled mine also with State Farm... their road assistance is top notch... had several issues with valve extensions to cause flat tires!

wise advice, these are posted frequently on this forum and the answer is ultimately always the same - there is no one single exact answer for any and all or everyone or anyone. Take your pick. It's your insurance. It's your money.

I have State Farm. I have everything with state farm and always have.

Hit the back corner of the RV on a wall at Yellowstone turning into the parking lot. Got a quote from Camping world and they cut them a check for the repairs in a day.

Then lost a wheel bearing in middle of Nebraska. Closest workhorse chassis repair center was a little over 250 miles away. They had a big rig wrecker tow me all the way there. Cant remember but I think I paid and they cut me a check right away for full amount.

BTW. Don't buy a workhorse chassis Class A. Its impossible to get work done on and I had to buy used parts because new ones were not available.

State Farm here also. Have all our stuff through them, best rates and coverage we've found.
