POwer Steps motor Thor 27K Hurricane

My power steps motor is giving out. The numbers I found are 214-1001 and 1101423 but couldn't see any brand name. Anyone know the brand and approx cost? Best place to get a new one?

Thank you. That is what I have but it didn't just stop, it began making a loud groaning sound and got worse as the steps went in and out. Guess I will need to take it in to be replaced. I can't do it myself.

It probably needs a lube. Spray some WD40 on all the pivot points and that might help you solve the problem.
