Window issue

In our ACE 30.3 there is a pebbled, opaque window on the interior of the main entry door window. I think its purpose is for privacy. On our first trip out (a two-nighter functional check trip at a campground about 40 miles from home), the pebbled window fell out. When we got home the next day, I called my dealer and they had me bring it right in and worked it while I waited. They told me it was installed backwards with the pebbled side glued to the window frame, should have been installed the other way, and the adhesive would not work the way it was installed because there was too little surface area , because of the pebbling, to adhere properly. They cleaned off all the old adhesive, turned it around the right way, used a better adhesive, and reinstalled. We hadn't been out with it since, but took it in last week for our 45 day visit to get any issues fixed. Got it back yesterday, went out to the motor home today, opened the door and the pebbled window fell out onto the driveway and shattered. I called the dealer and they said to bring it back in after the trip we are taking for the next two weeks. Has anyone else had an issue with these windows, and, if so, how did you resolve it?

I have a 2018 Axis 24.1. Same issue... interior entrance door window fell out. I went to an rv repair shop. They said I had to order complete door window from Thor... $700 installed! I just want to know what is best adhesive to reinsert the interior glass. Mine is undamaged...
