Window stuck

Our slider window next to the dining table is hopelessly stuck. Anyone had any experience with this problem?

Just a guess; that window must have gotten "cocked" in it's track.
Can either end be moved vertically? Perhaps picking up on one of the ends might allow it to move.

My sliding windows are always tough to slide. When they get stuck a couple of shots of WD40 helps free them up.
