Wiper issues

We have trouble with our windshield wiper system, passenger side wiper drops off and sticks in grill below. Left side sticks off left end of windshield. Thor says we had it fixed thru a recall in Jan. 2018. If it still does it, is it really fixed? My wife read on some forum that Thor will send auth.# code to repair dealer. I'm told since it was done , they are done.

Year, Make, Model of MH might be pertinent information. Owned since new? Or new to you?

As mentioned, not enough info.

If the wiper recall was applied it was applied. If incorrectly applied that’s between you and the dealer that did the work.

Has anyone done a project to change the style of windshield wiper switch on those axis. Anyone know why they didn’t use the switch on the steering column

As it has turned out, yes the recall work was done in January 2018.
However, as my beautiful and smart wife informed me, we did not purchase the camper until August of 2019. So, as I called Thor back to inform them of this, 1 of 2 things has occurred. 1--the issue has reared its ugly head again.
2-- whomever made the repair, didn't make the repair and screwed the previous owners and THOR by claiming it was done.
