You have people who are full-timers or spend significant time using their RV's as part of their daily lives. I think the showrooms are closed but the service departments are open. If something breaks, there is a way to get things fixed.
I have gotten similar e-mails from car dealerships. They want you to use the web to shop for vehicles but the service departments are open. This also makes sense. If you can't drive your car to buy essentials like groceries or medication, that would be a problem.
