Outside TV

I need to replace the outside TV. I have the old TV disconnected but I can’t find where to unplug the power cord from within the coach. It’s a 2017 Axis 25.3. How to
Release the drawers to see if it’s there????

Pull the drawers all the way out. Look at the slides where they meet and you will see a black lever on each slide. One goes up and one goes down to separate the slide halves.

In our Tiffin: they put an outdoor outlet in the compartment that holds the television... very handy!

Still looking in the coach for the outlet the "outside" YV is plugged in to on our 2017 AXIS 25.3..... Thor sent useless diagram, but doesn't show where the damn plug is or what it's hiding behind or under.....

Question

Can you leave the power cord plugged in "as is" and disconnect it from the back of the TV ?

On my Hurricane the outside TV is plugged into an outlet in the bathroom. It is behind a false panel under the sink.

It's easy to get an idea of where that plug is hidden.
Take some measurements from fixed points where that plug disappears, and transfer those measurements to the inside of the coach.
That'll give you an idea as to where they hid things...

Cit the cord and put a plug beside the tv. Turn power off first

Heavy thoughts going that way. Cut the installed cord, and the new TV cord, splice together and call it a day. Though different brands of TV. But will try to find the outlet....

Just put in the effort to find the receptacle. Pull the bottom drawers below the cooktop and sink and I'm sure you'll find it.

Our Winnebago has outlet outside as well, but the receptacle only allows for 1 device I bought a new Self Containing Receptacle that will allow for two device. I just have not got around to install. I use a short power strip now. I need 2nd plug for my Roku Ultra box.

To OP
Do you know where Inverter box is? I assume the outside TV is connected to Inverter as a source. It should at least point you to the right direction. I would not cut, I would make Thor tell me where it is. During the meantime, think of it as nice security system as no one can steal unless they are willing to risk their life by cutting cord.

You may try posting it, someone may be able to translate it.

It has to be closer than you think.

How long is the TC cord from back of TV to the wall? Can you pull it out a little? If so measure the total distance. I will assume 3 ft. That TV cord is likely 4 - 6 ft long so the receptacle has to be 1 to 3 ft behind the wall.

Another option is to take picture of side to show TV on the outside and then go take picture on inside that is directly behind the TV.

The plug can not be more than 6' from the TV. It will be behind some panel held in place with square head screws within 6' of the TV. You will have to get down on your hands and knees. They get it out of the compartment so they can keep it off a GFI'd circuit.

Or look at the floorplan for the RV. His cook top is directly behind the TV. There are drawers under the cooktop and the sink right next to it. This receptacle will never be found in this thread, the OP has to go into the RV, remove some drawers and look for it.
