Hi, bought a used 2017 Synergy 24CB.
And I have two issues.

1.
After heavy rain, or when I am driving on rainy day, water comes from both sides of track area. Even not slides out. Anyone had same situation? And how can I fix it? Please see an attachment.

2.
Air conditioner doesnít work. Even control unit doesnít turn on. In this case, what is check list?

Thank you

Check list? You mean; what to check?

The A/C, thermostat, and furnace need 12 VDC control power from the house DC buss. This is fed through the "Appliances" fuse in the power center to the furnace, then to the thermostat. The furnace has an ON/OFF-Reset switch that if, in the OFF-Reset position, will not feed control power to the thermostat. So there's your starting points to check.

Do you know the furnace has an ON/OFF-Reset switch location?

Assuming you have a generator, use a couple Walmart ceramic heaters to raise the room temperature. And make sure the batteries in the thermostat aren't dead.

Not sure why you can't turn it on. I don't recall if it has a battery as it gets its power from a data cable that plugs into the back of the unit. Looks like a phone cord. You may want to try removing the cable wait a few seconds then plug it back in. I do recall there being a hard reset you can also do. Just don't recall what buttons to hold down.

EDIT also try this "The reset process for a Dometic 5 button-thermostat is similar. Begin by switching the thermostat off. Simultaneously press and hold the Zone and Mode buttons and return the switch to the on position. The letters FF will appear on the display. Once they do, release the Zone and Mode buttons to complete the procedure."
