2019 Thor Cheteau 28Z Water Leaking Underneath

I have a 2019 Thor Chateau. Just dewinerized and water is leaking underneath when city water hose connected and turned on. The water appears to be coming from the cold (blue) low point drain. I have checked the knobs under the bed and both appear to be in the correct position - hot and cold. If i turn them the other way a lot more water comes out.

I see no signs of water inside.

Don't know what to do.

Help and thoughts would be appreciated.

Pictures?
Who winterized it and how did they do it?
Where is you drain cut off valve? Is it possibly opened when it should be closed?
Check for bypass valves if your coach has?
Only other item I can think to lok for would be a check valve?

Good luck

Possibly you have a little bit of debris in the cutoff valve? Can you remove the valve from the end of the low point drain and check the ball inside? My low point drain valves are very close to the end of the low point drain lines. You mentioned the valves "under the bed". Are these valves enclosed in the camper body or mounted below the floor level, outside?

Enclosed inside the camper on the floor under the beg

They are two knobs - one for cold and one for hot. Located inside the camper on the floor under the bed
