Camping in a heavy rainstorm - could see the window leaking at the top. When we got home I ran water from a hose over the window and it leaked.

I saw that you had issues with screw on trim and replaced the w/ s.s panheds and pro flex in holes prior to putting in screws. Do you think the window or screws or both were the issues? ( sorry for or the questions! Thankyou for the education!

Yes…all of the above. The coach was not put together that well IMHO.

They said awning had a missing screw and showed a leak there ,the wine guard antenna , they are also removing trim on both sides of cap re taping/sealing under it and replacing all screws with stainless pan head screws . Which I purchased. I want to Thankyou for all your input and ideas on repairs. I shared the info I got from you and others with service manager. I also will be monitoring for leaks especially the window on the cap drivers side. Any other info. You or others can share is greatly appreciated.

Got it looks dry no dripping, they repaired trim on capand replaced all screws with stainless steel .They put proflex on both sides ( not the neatest and it doesn’t look like they cleaned it very well before applying) kind o f screams it’s been repaired. Going to look up top to see what was repaired up there. I’m going to make sure it’s level and monitor the inside for leaks . Not overly impressed wiith workmanship. . Will look closer today.

Upon further review no water inside after ride but I’m seeing dripping/ staining on that seam
Under cap. Going to check marker lights next . Not going back to dealer again. Any idea best way to access those marker lights?

Have to bring it back, no sign of water (yet ) inside, but dripping from same as pic. after a week’s worth of rain . Hoping they use kit and reseal window correctly.
