2018 Quantum charging problem

Coach batteries not charging when engine running, Found the trombetta relay under the driver seat and all was secure. With the engine running was getting no 12 volt signal to close the relay leading me to believe the problem must be coming from the ignition switch. Any other ideas? thanx Mike

Try putting a charge into your chassis batteries That should allow you to activate that latching relay.

Does the relay work with the emergency start switch?

As a HVAC guy I assume you know your way around a multimeter?
