If you are trying to fix the radio from muting when you use the turn signals, there is a software fix now at the Axera site that people have applied which seems to fix the issue. As I had cut the orange wire before, I never applied the software update.
Thanks.
It’s a class A 25.2.
I’ll look for the update but I called tech support...they were useless...
I’ll try to remove the bezel..

Tom, I have a 24.1. What is it exactly you are trying to do with your Axxera unit?

Freedom Elite Radio/back up camera

I had my coach batteries replaced, and since then my Axxera radio and back up camera will not power on. No blown fuses and use is on. I purchased a new radio thinking it was the Axxera, and it is wired up and in use but still no power to the new one either. The fuses have been checked and re-checked, I can't understand this. Any suggestions?

thanks

Without being plugged into SP do your interior lights in the house work?
If not then your house batteries are not supplying the DC buss despite the "use is on". Maybe they tripped the 50 AMP DC breaker, maybe they didn't hook things up to the batteries correctly.

If the lights do work then you need to trace down the 12 VDC from the house DC buss to the radio with a voltmeter or test light to see where you lose the voltage.

Don't know if it's your situation or if your rig is the same as mine, but if I have the engine running, the slides do not operate. Once the engine is not running, they operate normally.

You're answering a question that was asked almost 3 years ago.

On some coaches there is a switch on the dashboard to select radio power from the chassis battery or the house batteries. If you have one, perhaps it got switched to the chassis. Does the radio work with the ignition switch on or in accessory? If it truly happened when the battery was replaced and your fuses are good then perhaps the radio has its own battery wire and it got left off. Is the radio the ONLY 12V item not working or might it be the only one you’ve noticed?

Shiny & New But Nothing Drives Rear Speakers

New Axxera 50, 2020 Freedom Elite and everything works except sound from rear speakers mounted under mid-coach cabinet. I know they work because the salesman did something to turn them on. Yes, I can take it back to CW but it's an hour round trip to have him point to something in about 12 seconds and would count in the top ten dumb trips I have ever driven. It's gotta be here somewhere! Any thoughts?

Welcome to the Forum!
Somewhere in the control screens: there must be a choice for output selection.
At least my Kenwood system has that option.
Good luck!

Exclamation

This is an AVM80. The orange box shows Zone 1 and Zone 2. Zone 1 is the speakers in the cab. Zone 2 is the rear speakers. Your radio should have similar icons.

Either an A/B speaker selection, or a Front/Rear Fader control. Gotta learn your equipment. I don't have your model but I my Axxerra it is the FADER/BALANCE on the Audio Settings screen. There's also Equalizer settings on that screen.

I have those icons. Left alone or selected, nothing from the TV- Radio DOES (NOW) come through those speakers though. We're making progress- thanks!

Excellent advice, thanks!

I'm new to this forum, not life. Learning about this device now.

The radio is not connected to the TV. You can put a bluetooth transmitter on the Earphone or AUX Speaker connections on the TV and pair it with the radio for sound to come out of the radio speakers though.
