Bigfoot Auto Leveler

I ordered the Bigfoot Automatic Leveling System for the Mercedes Benz Chassis.
Our Thor Tiburon is built on the 2019 Chassis. In reviewing the installation instructions they give 2 positions that the rear jacks can be installed. If you have the system installed on yours which did you or your installer chose?

Position A is closer to the rear of the coach where the frame extension is attached to the Chassis, the jack bolts into 2 of the 4 used for the extension, just replace the 2 with longer bolts to accommodate the jack. The Bigfoot tech told me he prefers this location because it allows more distance between the 2 rear jack's. One downside I see is, they seem to mount a little higher than B which may limit how much extension I would get. I also wonder if the jack only has a 6-8 inch ground clearance would this position be easier to catch them on driving over things like speed bumps or something.

Position B is closer to where the factory installs the LCi system. It's about 15 inches behind the center of the rear axle. Because of the exhaust being there this places the rear jack's much closer together and I also would need a crossbrace attaching the 2 jacks. I wonder if that actually makes it more of a 3 point system rather than 4.

The last item I've been pondering should I remove the rear stabilizer jacks or not? Would reduce some weight, I could still deploy them since they are there.

Ok if you have some thoughts thanks.... especially if you have a Sprinter Chassis I'd love to hear where your jack's are.

Thanks!

If it were mine: I'd mount them in the wider position.
And I'd remove the stabilizer system

I agree with Bob. Wider is better and ditch the stabilzer jacks.

I also have the Bigfoot on my E450 chassis (its the system same as your.... my directions had both MB and Food E450 on them).

You will love the system.

If I were to have it done again, I would go with the wider selection. My Equalizer has the stabilizer between them and I think it would be more stable with it wider. It does work the way it is set up. I just left my electric stabilizers on at this time. I may remove them before this summer since I no longer use them.
