The issue may be a poo dam. The toilet in the 29FE sits on the opposite side from the deep end of the black tank. Same as our ACE 27.2. (The boys that designed these MH's must never use one.) The black tanks on these rigs have a slope down to a deeper portion of the tank. The toilet pipe drops onto the sloping dry section of the tank. If the user does not put a fair amount of water down the toilet prior to dropping bombs and paper into the tank the waste drops on the dry portion of the black tank. This can develop a poo dam.
We bought a used rig and experienced the issue first hand on our first trip. Prior users had dammed up the toilet. I had to bring a cut off garden hose into the RV and ram out the piping through the toilet and the "poo dam" in the black tank from inside the coach. Afterward I filled the tank full of water and a qt of Dawn & Calgon to soften anymore poo. Let that sit for 24 hours before I tackled the crappy job again.
After this lovely start to ownership of this new rig I learned from the boyz on this site to pre flush the toilet with a bowl full of water with dish soap, then fill bowl do your business & flush. Then run a third bowl with dish soap as a finsher. I have had no further issues with the black tank since following these procedures. it is not a problem flushing like this on a full hook up but it uses a ton of water when boon docking.

Let's not be so quick to dis what works for others. Just because it may not be an issue doesn't mean it isn't a hassle. And I hate hassles. The tank on my Windsport is crossways and sloped down to a reservoir at the end away from the john. The tank is not very deep under the john and by the time the liquid level gets high enough there is a pretty good pile all held together with paper. Ain't no TP brand that breaks down in less than a couple of days. And when it came time to dump it would try to clog. And I would have to run the tank sprayer for quite a while because TP would keep sliding out. So I was watching this guy try to put a huge pile of poop from his 2 horses (not sure what kind of dog but they were big) in bags when I realized that those doggie bags would work great for TP in the RV. Dumping & cleanup have been easy ever since.

At 1st the tech’s son came out. He did nothing but over flow onto the floor. Even we never had an overflow. His dad shows up in a couple of days in the rain at dinner time. Still nothing! Said he would be back 1st of week and never showed. Have been filling/emptying adding treatments and is slowly starting to open up. Had to move sites last week so drove it around for awhile and that helped. Slowly getting there. We leave for home next week and stopping overnight so maybe the water with treatment will help too. I did find out that Florida Georgia Mobile RV repair will leave you hanging 😡

Wow. Quite a saga. And good for you, apparently keeping a pretty good attitude about it. Sounds like the infamous poo block. Keep lots of water and enzymes in the tank and maybe try flushing with hot water if you can. If you’re making progress perhaps eventually you’ll get there. Good luck.
