Compass right side awning arm sag.

Hi on my 2020 Compass the right side awning arm sags and when I’m driving it swings out. I tried to fix the arm making it flush like the other side , but wasn’t able to do it. Does the arm need to be removed ? Thank you .



Left side ok nice and flush , tight

There are 2 hex head adjustment screws on eash arm. You can see them with the awning extended. When adjusting you NEED to support the arm. I hold it up with 1 hand and adjust with the other.

EDIT: But first make sure the mounting screws are TIGHT, almost Lost ours!

Ditto. My Hurricane was like this as well. 10 minutes on the ladder and all was well.
