So after much investigation under and inside my camper I have located the water low point drain . They are located under the stove, pull the drawer out and the valves are right there. They are a T handle valve just pull straight up and listen to the water run out.

If you are trying to find the water heater bypass it is under the dream dinette seat towards the front of the camper Which I forgot to take a picture of but will add later.

I will have to add pics from my phone.

Not sure how to remove and add photos yet so here is the freshwater dump handle. Located behind the bottom drawer.

My 24F is exactly like yours. My cold low point valve developed a slow leak this summer, so I'm planning on re-plumbing both low point valves... which involves removing those existing flimsy ones and installing more robust ones under the coach next spring. I installed Shark Bite caps in the meantime. Fun fun....
