LCI Leveling Jacks Issue

2022 Quantum KW29, has anyone experienced a situation where the Retract All Jacks selection on the control panel does nothing? The Auto Level feature works fine for all jacks when extending them, but retraction does not. So far putting the control panel into Manual mode does retract all jacks, one at a time, so long as the retract button is depressed and held in that position. Engine running, parking brake on in both cases, with no error indicators showing on the panel. I did already try holding down all four leveling buttons simultaneously to reset the panel, with no change to report.

On mine you simply turn on the panel then push the "Retract" button. If you go into Manual or Auto modes, the retract button does not automatically retract all jacks.

That’s the way our panel used to perform, but it no longer does so.

As an update, the Lippert manual indicated in the troubleshooting table that if one or more jacks would not retract, attempt to do so in manual mode on the panel. If successful, replace the panel. I was having to do so more and more frequently so I replaced the panel as indicated and it fixed the issue. Was hoping that was not the issue since a replacement panel isn’t cheap, but that was indeed the cause. Sad that the OEM panel didn’t even last two years, but at least it was a simple plug & play replacement.
