I saw the Geneva at the Tampa show. Yes, it's the same layout as the Chateau, and most likely other models. It's supposed to be a step up when it comes to amenities.
Personally I didn't see that much upgrade for the price point. As for the 28VA. It's a re-branded 28Z. Same exterior paint and finishes. Same storage doors. etc.

They are on their own website and not on Thor's. Also MSRP is around 25,000 higher than the Chateau.
