Loss of DC power when shore power disconnected

My 2018 Thor Siesta loses DC power when shore power is disconnected. Where is the power transfer switch located? In the converter?

It should built into the converter. A transfer switch should be for switching from shore power to generator.
Is the breaker for the converter tripped? Turn it off & back on to confirm.
Otherwise you may have converter issues or battery issues.
Disconnect your batteries & with shore power connected check voltage at the cables from the converter, it should be 14+ volts.
While batteries are disconnected wait about 30 minutes & then check them with your volt meter, they all.should be 12.5+ volts, if not take them to any local.parts store & have them load tested.

If your battery disconnect (salesman switch) is off, you will lose DC when not connected to shore or generator. Converter was powering the lights and DC

The disconnect relay is usually located near the converter. If it's working you should hear it cycle.
