Mounting TV in bedroom

When we travel, I guess I have more time to peruse forums. So here is another.

My wife and I have decided that we finally want to mount a tv in the area in the bedroom. In our model Freedom Elite (26 footer) that means the mounting area is adjacent to the shower. I’m sure that someone has already put one there. I figure a couple molly bolts to hold the mount, a thin tv and ‘voila’ there we’ll go.

Only question I have is can someone who has already done it tell me the internal clearance to the shower wall? It looks like maybe 1.5 to 2 inches but I want to be a bit surer.

Our Freedom Elite came with a TV mounted where you want to put it.

I used the molly (butterfly) bolts. I didn't hit anything. Just put a small hold and feel back there first. I've got a Chateau 26B which is probably the same model as yours.
