Just purchased a 2021 Thor Four Winds MH model 31w, disappointed chassis has significant rust, and to many other flaws that need to be fixed. Returned to dealer they are pursuing solutions with Thor we are hopeful that these repairs will be completed successfully.

Not our first rodeo with RV's just this one was was significantly more money.

This one is easily understandable...
The RV manufacturers buy the chassis, and then they sit until the RV is actually being built. Your chassis might be a 2020, or even a 2019...

I created a numbered word document of every single thing and emailed to thor and service center...everything was addressed ..please document

Update Thor customer service has gotten involved and most items have been fixed.

No hot water in the bathroom not fixed by selling dealership.

Per Thor customer service they recommend another dealership who found what was causing the problem, now working on a remedy.

Unfortunately Thor gets a bad rap because there are so many bad dealers out there. You really have to watch the dealer to ensure the work is done.
