Do you mean that the 12V items also don’t work? There is a switch, probably near the entry door that needs to be “on” when you are using your coach.

Greetings and Welcome

Could you give us a little history for your mh?
How long have you owned it
When did this start happening
Have you checked the breaker in the battery compartment
Do you have a DC volt meter
?

Again Welcome

You have 2 power systems onboard, there's 120 volt like your home that WILL ONLY be provided by plugging into shore power or running the generator. These include the acs, microwave, the converter to charge the batteries, the TV's & the normal household plugs throughout.
Also 12 volt supplied by your batteries that run the majority, if not all, the lights, water pump, furnace, the control boards for the fridge & water heater, the slide motors & levelling jacks if equipped. If you have a residential fridge you will also have an inverter which uses 12 volts from your batteries to power the 120 volt fridge when disconnected from shore power & possibly another plug somewhere.
Long story short you WILL NOT have power without fully charged batteries which require shore power, generator, motorhome engine running or solar to keep them charged, plugged into shore power or generator running.

Without an inverter you will never have 120 volt power to any of the duplex receptacles, if you do not run the generator or are plugged in. The door switch only controls 12 volt electrical power from or to the batteries.

Define "no power". Do the lights work? The fridge? The water heater on propane?

So your house batteries are not supplying 12 VDC to the house DC buss.

If you cycle the battery disconnect (USE/STORE) switch do you hear a clunk?
Have you measured your house battery voltage at the batteries?

There is a 50 amp DC breaker near your house batteries that may have tripped (Flag visible). Find that and push the flag back in to reset it if that is the case.

You have to look really hard on a Class C. There are two of those breakers coming from the positive post side of your house battery(s), the 50 amp feeds the DC buss, the 100 amp starts the generator. Sometimes they're down inside beside the battery, sometimes under the frame behind the steps.

But if your batteries are dead the breaker is not the problem

The 50 amp breakers come in different shapes. Here is a picture of mine on a 2017 FW Class C. It is fairly well hidden on the back side of the top step riser under the battery latch lip. I had to get under the coach to find it the first time. There is a little button about the size of a ball point pen clicker that needs to be pushed in. The button on mine is on the end where the copper stud is.

One other possibility is the reverse polarity fuses in the distribution center could have opened. There are 2 @ 40 amp fuses that protect the coach.

What you found is the single tie point for all of the 12v to connect together. Look again and you should find the breaker. Follow a battery positive cable all the way back to where it goes in the coach. It should be along that path.
