Does the stove light? Might be air still in the propane line. But that wouldn't explain the electric not working unless the breaker is tripped.

Make sure the stove burners light. Then flip the gas water heater switch on... go outside near the water heater panel and listen for the igniter clicking. If nothing after a couple minutes I'd suspect the control board. In which case get a replacement Dinosaur board on Amazon.

So the stove won't light and the water heater won't work on gas? Sounds like a propane issue - valve open? Propane empty? Regulator died?

After more research and testing Unfortunately I believe it’s the control board inside the access door 🤦🏼*♂️

That makes it sound more like a lack of propane. You need to sort that out before condemning the circuit board in the water heater.

If there is a fault in propane delivery the circuitry will know that and stop trying to light the water heater's burner.

The tank is full, is the main valve open?

In the 'there are no stupid questions department', forgive me for asking: do you know the proper way to light the stove's burners? There is not likely to be a pilot light (like a household stove) or automatic sparker (like a household stove). You either need to use a match, butane lighter or a manual sparker.

It may be clicking but is it delivering a spark? Try using a butane lighter or long match.

If it hasn't be used for a while the lines can be filled with air. It may take a few more seconds to push the air out until the propane arrives and can ignite. Don't blow yourself up...

Go back to square one.

Go out and make certain your propane tank valve is OPEN.

Go inside the motorhome and get a lighter or match.

Make sure all stove burners are OFF and no propane smell is present!!

Standing near the stove, fire up the lighter, or light the match.

Hold the flame near one of the stove burners... then turn the burner ON. It may take about 10 -15 seconds to light because there could be air in the line.

Be patient... the air will purge itself by leaving the burner ON. KEEP THE MATCH/LIGHTER FLAME NEAR THE BURNER!!

If the burner doesn't light within 30 seconds and you can't smell the propane, you have a problem with your propane regulator, a line is pinched, or something is preventing flow. Are you CERTAIN the tank has propane in it??

I remember one time, a new member with a Tellaro had a problem, and it turned out that the factory never connected the propane line to the regulator!!
The hose from the tank was dangling underneath, disconnected and nothing could work. Thor QC strikes again...
Also make sure valve is open!
