Black tank loose

I noticed today's while replacing the handle on my black tank (first handle on passenger side) the tank is sort of floppy and I coukd push it a few inches upwards into the frame. It sits on the rear stabilizing jack but I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that or not. When I push on it it moves and water inside can be heard going out of the drain down the pipe and then out and it mimics the motion of hitting high ground in back so I was thinking it may be designed to move instead of cracking if you run around.

Those tanks are normally bolted down pretty tight.
Remember: you've got 3 items draining into them; so their connections to it have to be solid...

I don't know what Year, Make, Model RV you have but in any case - that ain't right. No tanks should have any movement.

2019 Thor freedom elite 24he.

I haven't noticed any leaks or other effects from it. But when I pull out of my space it touches lightly but nothing damaging. It's pretty low. I have a rental tonight so I'll check it next week when it's back.
