A picture would help.. the faucet is an off the shelf item not specific to your coach.. make/model of faucet would help.
If it's anything like the cheap one in my coach, you can remove the aerator by grasping with padded jaw pliers and unscrewing... that said, you may find you have to remove the entire faucet to get the aerator installed again due to the way it's built.
Again, pics would be a huge help.
