Thor Magnitude SV34 Slide Issues

Hello All!

We have a 2021 Thor Magnitude SV34 that was purchased last February. We've been out on approximately 10 camping excursions including a recent longer trip from Florida to New York and back. We are compiling a laundry list of warranty repair items. After our last trip to the beach (actually had to use 4WD for the first time to extricate ourselves from a relatively primitive loose sandy site) I'm finding that our full wall slide only extends and retracts a few inches at a time with multi-push sync operation within the coach. Our Lippert slide controller gives a 2-green, 8 red flashing fault error which implies I have a wire short between the rear slide motor and controller. Based on other posts I've seen, I've tried reseating all of the connections at the controller and resetting the controller with slide both all the way in and all the way out and still have not been able to resolve the problem. At least I am still able to fully extend and retract the slide a few inches at a time using the in-coach motor sync process. Can someone tell me where I can take a look at the connections at the rear slide motor? I assume this is accessible from under the coach? I've already had to basically climb in the storage bay behind the drivers side rear axle to be able to see the ceiling mounted control unit with any clarity - kind of tough on my old body. Any other hints or suggestions would be appreciated. We're planning on going on one more outing before our warranty work appointment and I'm hoping slide will still operate two inches at a time.

Thanks. Tried all of these tricks and nothing has changed. I suspect I have a legitimate wiring issue between controller and motor since problem persists after several months of normal trouble free operation. I’ll let dealer figure it out in a few weeks.

We have had slide controller in our 2021 SV34. Controller is located where you said. I took out the two screws to drop it low enough to find the reset button. Pushed it in with a thin punch and it worked. The owners manual is helpful too.
