No power to jacks, camera and slide locked

Anyone have a clue? 2022 Thor Magnitude RB34

I have no power to camera or jacks and the slide is in the locked position. I’m thinking it’s tied into the ignition safety feature and it’s not recognizing the ignition is in the on position.

Stuck at Blue Dog Rv.

100 amp breaker near the house batteries tripped? 50 amp breaker by chassis battery tripped? Do the stairs work? Is slide extended?

Generator starts so 100 amp breaker working. The generator is on the same 100 breaker. Can’t find a 50 amp in the battery compartment.

Make sure you have good battery power, in coach and chassis or plugged in. Motor Home must be in park, emergency brake on. Is the use switch on?

Use switch is on, batteries putting out more than 13.5 volts and over 14v when chassis is running and/or generator on.

Last thing done to it was fog light relay was replaced due to buzzing noise and flickering fog lights (known issue).

They can’t even summerize it. Can’t get access to half of my Coach. I am due in Iowa to get chassis worked on due to warning lights still going nuts and safety features being disabled (Hill Assist, Collision Assist, stability trac, etc).

I am concerned about that. I had multiple power Train failures. It spent more than a month at Ford in Wisconsin due to multiple power train failures.

Not sure what you mean by "slide is in the locked position" but I'll assume it's either in or out and you can't move it - Could be an ignition interlock or no DC power to the slide controller.

The jacks require main power through the 100 amp DC breaker as well as "AUX" power from the ignition interlock. The generator starts/runs so we know the 100 amp DC breaker is good and the house batteries are good.

By "camera" I assume you mean the entertainment device which also displays the cameras. It requires power from the house batteries through the battery disconnect battery relay or the converter from SP. Since you've verified the USE/STORE switch is in use and/or the other DC loads work than that power source should not be suspect. But it also requires power from the chassis battery (as do the other items through the ignition interlock).

So the common symptom looks like a loss of chassis DC power which Jimbo alluded to asking about a breaker near the chassis battery. There generally is a DC breaker under the hood that supplies all chassis DC loads that Thor installed through a Thor installed fuse panel. That breaker may or may not be near the chassis battery but it's definitely under the hood. I'd be tracing that down.

Camera is the backup camera and side cameras that look like a rear view mirror. No one can find a separate fuse box under the hood, but there was one under the dash and they all checked out.

I spent a little over 8hrs there. There is speculation that some how it’s tied into the firefly control panel. There is no power to the yellow/black wire and the yellow/white wire at the BIM, so once again it seems it’s tied into the ignition issue.

Slide Lock

The FireFly locks the slide so it can not be extended.

I don't see how the radio/cameras or BIM can be tied into the firefly system. Find the DC breaker under the hood.
