Quantum PD31

2018 Quantum PD31 issues:
1. Bathroom sink drains in to Black water tank :-(. Why? Wondered why Black water tank filled very quickly. A real issue when boondocking.
2. “Endless” hot water won’t stay hot. Low water pressure or volume can’t maintain hot water.
Any thoughts?

I think most, if not all bathroom sinks drain into black water tank. I use an adjustable water pressure regulator and keep it set at about 50-53 P.S.I.. We set the water temperature at a temperature we both liked and don't even turn on the cold water. Just run only the hot and it works fine for us.

Actually, that is exactly how we use the hot water in our sticks/bricks house with a tankless water heater.
