Soundproofing a sprinter cab

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make the cab of Delano sprinter quieter? It is really loud and could sure use some sound proofing of some nature. Any ideas ?

I guess it's a personal thing: I always found the Sprinter cab to be WAYYYYyyyyy.... quieter than my E-450 was.
How about some Spray-on insualtion stuff that you can get in any of the auto parts stores?

Wow. My 2022 Thor Delano is very noisy. Maybe it is just my unit if no one else has any issues with the noise.

Our Gemini was pretty noisy at highway speeds. A lot of it was because the walk-in house door was sealed so poorly. Resealing that quieted a lot of the wind noise and road noise, but it was still a noisier than I though it should have been. A lot of it, was the house was just not sound insulated very well, which would have been very difficult to remediate. The Sprinter part, was pretty quiet, the vast majority of the noise was coming from behind the cab area.
