Spare Tire mounted on the front of a Sprinter Class C

Does anyone here have experience doing this? Pro's / Con's ?

I see folks like e-trailer selling front-mount hitch receivers for Sprinters, but is this really a good idea?

I have a front mounted receiver on my E450. Used it to carry bikes. That said, Yes, you can, as long as you do not block the lights and air flow to the radiator. Also if you have any technology stiff like adaptive cruise control, forward sensing systems etc. you will mess them up.

You may want to add the model year to your signature.
