The repair after repair saga continues... I replaced the second failed hydraulic leveler, and during the bleeding procedure, the hydraulic levelers in the rear just decided to extend themselves. When I tried to retract, none of the levelers will go up. My RV is on tippy toes with the wheels barely on the ground

I've been in touch with Lippert support. They are very helpful and quick to provide knowledge and troubleshooting steps. At this point I've eliminated the motor and controller, and it looks like a directional valve failure unless I'm just missing something blatantly obvious. I'm hoping it's that.

Either way, there's no way around it, the leveler system is not reliable. It's the slider problem all over again. It's just poorly engineered. I have no idea why they have a hydraulic return on this system instead of springs - a spring return like many other systems have would be less failure prone, and most importantly, not able to extend while driving. I am honestly amazed the system hasn't been recalled for the risk of a crash from these extending while driving.

This RV is going to be the ship of Theseus by the time I'm done with it.
