Thor Chateau 23U frame?

I have the 23U and was underneath it to assess doing the CHF yesterday. Uh, I must not have the same frame as many others! I have sway bars, but no link with 2 holes. The front sway bar looks very beefy compared to the photos I've seen of others. The rear sway bars look very strong. Am I confused as to which frame is on my 23U? Ford 350 Superduty chassis w/ V10 motor. I thought it was the same R53 frame. Ugh! Advice please?

Your E-350 chassis is based on original Econoline van chassis, which is very different than the more truck-based F-53 chassis. The CHF applies only to F-53, which is normally on larger motorhomes.

An easy way to see the difference is that E-Series (350 or 450) use 16-inch wheels, while larger F-53 use 19.5- or 22.5-inch wheels and tires.

The CHF only applies to the F53 chassis, not the E350 or E450.

The E-350/E-450 chassis is more modern and should be preferable except for its lower GVWR and smaller size. The F-53 is larger but more basic in design.

For small Class C the original anti-roll bars may be fine. If not experiencing handling issues then there isn't much to "fix", cheap or otherwise.
