Robin & Gina,
I enjoyed your post. obviously nothing is without flaws.. Good Grief in 42 years of married life and 6 years before that we have made smart and dumb decisions with know one to blame but us.. we have purchased BMWs and new trucks and cars that were lemons ( and sold back) a custom built pull behind that dammed near killed us and our kids ith a weak and bent frame.. etc. I think you are spot on in your comments.. I have always said that if you are a RVr you must be part tinkerer and handiperson and its kinda the fun of it. I like and enjoy fixing when I can but having to fix NEW cuz I have to well that starts to grind on my last nerve sometimes. I don't expect perfect but I expect the attempt at it. Clearly some of that is missed. I am hoping that now post 'covid' and now that the pres of TMC has said for the last '18 months' they are focused on improving quality and improving I hope he means it and I hope they are doing it. I freaking hope he means it. I see and agree that the PDI is critical and hooked up and fully operational before leaving.. I would have hoped it was done before I arrived to get it frankly as it should. Nuff nonsense and half assed work. We are down sizing from an A as its wife me and little furry boys.. so we don't need our 40' any more. honestly. Our coach is our little mini vacation to go see family and friends and escape from life a few times a year.. we both work from home and will work from coach as needed. Thanks again for posting. Appreciate all that post and their issues and concerns. We can all learn from em.

Your 1st loss will be your least loss. Make it go away. The value of the Super C's...especially Thor models...is dropping fast. We traded in January and got our purchased price from 2018 towards a heavily discounted Mercedes based Class C with no slides. Our trade is still on their lot and has been discounted below what they gave us. Interestingly, I passed by our local Camping World this week and the entire front line is nothing but Class B's and small Class C's...all on the Ram or Sprinter chassis'. The monster A's and C's have taken a back row. A few of your issues were user preferences but the mechanical ones sister the same issues I had on the 2018. Too much and too big of stuff packed into too small of spaces in a balsa-wood box stapled together. Sadly, a dealer will take it in and sell it just as it is but pack it full of lies to an unsuspecting buyer. Get rid of it and be happy. Again, your 1st loss will be your least loss...whatever than number is.

I did and can't be happier. Fortunately I had the means to make it happen. I just feel sorry for those who fell for the advertising BS hype by thor marketing. in real-estate it's called "puffery". Thor takes the puffing to a whole new level of deceit.

They are like the famous country song depicts...."are we rollin' down hill like a snowball headed for hell?". IMO, yes they are with the big ones...the market is changing real fast. Actually Thor is with it...they are all about the B's and small C's now. Seems all manufacturers are leaning that way.
